Night Manager ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Night Manager mobile application and website (nightmanager.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us for the sole purpose of providing app functionality:

• Name: Your full name and/or stage name, used for account identification and profile display. Linked to your identity.
• Email Address: Used for account authentication, login, and service communications. Linked to your identity.
• Phone Number: Used for account verification and contact purposes. Linked to your identity.
• Profile Information: Photos, bio, work experience, and other details you add to your profile.
• Messages: Communications you send through our in-app messaging system. Linked to your identity.
• Location Information: Country and city you provide for your profile, used for search and matching purposes.
• Forum: If you join the dancer forum, we store your forum nickname, posts, comments, photos, votes, circles, forum chats and who you follow or block. We also store who vouched for you and when you joined.

All personal data we collect is used exclusively for app functionality. We do not use your data for tracking across other apps or websites, third-party advertising, analytics, or product personalization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and maintain our services:

• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Display your profile to other verified users on the platform
• Connect dancers with clubs and facilitate communication
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
• Run the dancer forum: show your posts under your forum nickname, check that members are real dancers (vouching), and keep the forum safe (moderation)

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following situations:

• With Other Users: Profile information is visible to verified users based on your role (dancers' profiles are visible to verified clubs).
• In the Forum: The forum is only open to verified dancers. Clubs, agents and customers cannot see it. Other dancers see your forum nickname and, only if you turn it on, your profile photo. They never see your name, Night Manager profile or contact details. If you post anonymously, other dancers cannot see that it was you.
• Vouching: A dancer who asks you to vouch for her, and who you vouch for, sees your stage name. Clubs see a "Verified by dancers" badge on profiles that dancers have vouched for, but not who vouched.
• Our Team: For safety and moderation, Night Manager admins can see who wrote a post or comment, including anonymous ones, and who reported it. Reporters are never shown to the person reported.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist in providing our services (hosting, email delivery, media storage).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app by going to your profile edit page and selecting "Delete Account." When you delete your account:

• Your account and profile will be permanently removed from the platform
• Your profile will no longer be visible to other users
• Other users will not be able to send you messages
• You will no longer be able to log in

Certain records such as past booking history and messages may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance with financial record-keeping obligations).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies solely for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies or any other technologies to track you across other apps or websites. We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
